At Quality Termite Control the cost for a Termite Inspection, or Timber Pest Inspection, based on a 2-3 bedroom house is from $250 plus GST.

This covers the inspection of the interior, checking walls for high moisture readings using a Moisture Meter, and any type of existing leakage, inspection of roof void/subfloor area, where accessible, and inspection of the outside perimeter of your property. We do a thorough job without using any shortcuts or applications to produce our report. After the Termite Inspection is completed we will provide you with a report (please allow us up to 2 hours onsite).

We also provide you with a photo document at no additional cost. This would provide you with a more detailed report, and allows you to see what we see during the inspection especially in those hard to access areas like your roof and subfloor.
